François Xavier used to run a famous Chinon estate for many years. He got the possibility with a close friend in St. Nicolas de Bourgueil to create his own venture. He started in early 2010 with the complicity of several producers in the Loire: St. Nicolas de Bourgueil, Bourgueil, Chinon, Saumur, and Touraine. Thanks to the deep and trustful relationship, he has been able to select the best plots and picked the best grapes.
Vinification is traditional. Just a good sense of capturing the fruitiness of those wines and getting soft and round tannins. By harvesting ripe and using drastic cultural methods, he was able to get the highest quality grapes.
François brought modern methods with traditional techniques.
Results are a truly boutique negociant. Thanks to that flexibility, he can adapt his portfolio by having different wines and sources. He won’t produce more if no quality if found, even if demand grows.
Quality is the motto.

Montlouis-sur-Loire Claire de Lune 2014
The terroir of Montlouis offers great advantages for producing fine, well-balanced, complex Chenin Blanc wine. Using only indigenous yeast, the wine is fermented in tank to accentuate freshness and then aged in 300L French oak barrels for around 12 months. This Montlouis expresses lovely notes of white fruits and white flowers that create a great sensation on the palate. The wine is dry but has a particular richness.

Saumur Blanc La Petite Parcelle 2014
From a single vineyard of limestone terroir, this Saumur offers great advantages for producing fine, well-balanced complex Chenin Blanc wine. Hand harvested, this wine is fermented and then aged in 300 liter French oak barrels for about 10 months. This Saumur expresses lovely notes of white citrus fruits and flowers that create special sensation on the palate; dry, but with a particular richness.

Good balance of aromas and flavors. Citrus notes and minerality, give it a mouthfeel that is focused and fresh. Ideal to pair with seafood, fish and cheese.

Touraine Sauvignon La Cuarde 2015
Great wine made of grapes grown from a single vineyard (65 year old vines) along the slope of the Cher river. This Touraine Sauvignon has been hand harvested and aged 8 months in 300 liter French oak barrel. It shows a wonderful balance of aromas of lime and exotic fruit. Yet, dry but with a rich mouth feel.

The limestone and flinty (silex in French) terroir of Vouvray offers great advantages for producing fine, well-balanced complex Chenin Blanc wine.
